Omar Esteves and Sheylla Rivera, Franchisos for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, indicated to El Nuevo Dia that they plan to open the eight premises in a period of four years Computer Builders Warehouse, founded on 1990, specializes in the sale of computers and parts for these, as well as in the construction of the machines according to the necessities of the client. This company is the direct competition of CompUSA and in the United States t hey usually as settle down one in front of the other Esteves explained that the initial investment ascended to $500,000. The first premises will have 4.500 square feet and will be the first store of the chain classroom where computer training will be offered. The Classroom will have capacity for 15 people. The seminaries will be offered Monday-Saturday. These will begin from $99 and will cover from the basic concepts of the use of a computer to specialized programs, like Windows and Excel. The STORE will operate Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 11am- 5 pm. It will hire between 10 to 15 employees, most of them on full-time. The company will also offer maintenance contracts and repair services. Every brand of computer will be offered service in their Service Labs. The industralist indicated that the second store will open in Bayamón the next year, and third will be in Carolina by the end of the 2005 or beginning of 2006.
