Zpizza To Open Five Units In Florida

ORLANDO (Saturday, September 30, 2006) - zpizza signed a multiunit franchise agreement with Dan DeLong and Gary Sherman to open five units in Florida. According to a news release, the first is scheduled to open fall 2007.

"zpizza's popularity is growing by leaps and bounds nationwide because of its innovative take on the gourmet pizza segment," said Chris Bright, zpizza president. "We are very excited to be in a brand new state and looking forward to sharing our pizza with Orlando."

More than 60 zpizza locations are expected to be operating by the end of 2006. Another 200 are in development in California, Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, North Carolina, Colorado and Vermont.
