Earl Shinabarger Named Franchise Development Manager For 1-800-dryclean

(Wednesday, October 25, 2006) - Jim Evers, president of 1-800-DryClean, announced that Earl Shinabarger was hired as franchise development manager for the 100 location franchise chain.
