July Goes Out With A Bang As Homewood Suites By Hilton® Opens One Hotel A Week

Development Continues on a High as Four New Hotels Open in July

FARGO, ND, WICHITA, KS, INDIANAPOLIS, IRVING/DFW (Monday, August 14, 2006) - Homewood Suites by Hilton®, a leading brand of upscale all-suite, residential-style hotels introduced in 1989, continued its strong growth through July 2006, opening four new properties in one month. Homewood Suites by Hilton® opened four properties this month, including: Fargo, ND; Indianapolis Downtown, IN; Wichita, KS; and Irving/DFW Airport, TX. These properties illustrate the brand's continued initiative to build in a variety of markets, including airport locations, near shopping districts and resort/tourist attractions.

Highlights of the properties are as follows:

q Homewood Suites by Hilton Fargo, ND, owned by Hospitality Concepts, L.L.C., is the first Homewood to open in the state. It is located at 2001 16th St. N, Fargo, across from the Fargo Dome.

q Homewood Suites by Hilton at the Waterfront, Wichita, KS, is owned and managed by Lighthouse Properties and is located at 1550 Waterfront Parkway, Wichita, near the Great Plains Nature Center.

q Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Downtown, IN, is owned by Downtown Indy. Located at 2100 South Meridian, Indianapolis, the hotel is near Conseco Fieldhouse and minutes away from the convention center, fine dining and shopping.

q Homewood Suites by Hilton Irving/DFW Airport, TX, owned by Redwood Hospitality LP and managed by Chase Hospitality, is located at 7800 Dulles Dr., Irving, near the DFW Airport and just ten miles from Six Flags theme park.

Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels feature residential-style studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and spacious living and sleeping areas large enough for work, study, entertaining or relaxation. In an effort to help guests be more productive, Homewood Suites offers high-speed Internet access in all guest suites. In addition, the Hilton Family of Hotels recently custom designed its own alarm clock, featuring one of the industry's easiest-to-set alarms.
