Manny & Olga's Pizza Prepares For Franchising

(Sunday, October 15, 2006) - Manny & Olga's Pizza is preparing to franchise its delivery-carryout concept.

According to a news release, the company has six restaurants in the metro Washington D.C. market serving a variety of gourmet pizzas "based on a traditional Greek style." It also serves gourmet subs, calzones and spaghetti, as well as Greek items such as souvlaki on pita, gyros platters, shish kebab and an array of fresh salads. All food can be ordered online.
