Newest Ruffins Franchisees

(Monday, August 29, 2005) - Mark Reynolds is pleased to announce Lesley and Jeff Rooney as the newest Ruffins franchisee's. Lesley and Jeff have created an exciting new concept, Doggie Central, and are incorporating a Ruffins Boutique into the facility. Doggie Central is the at leading edge of personalized dog care providing day care and free play in an engaging park like setting. Doggie Central also offers training sessions, grooming and complete wash facilities. A key component of the Doggie Central facility is the Ruffins Boutique which will offer a comprehensive selection of dog foods, accessories, treats and toys.
