Robeks Corporation Appoints Regional Director In North Carolina Market

Premium Retail Juice Franchising Company Expands East Coast Presence

(Thursday, June 01, 2006) - Robeks Corporation, a premium retail juice franchising company, today announced the appointment of David Davis as the Regional Director for North Carolina. This is Robeks first venture into the region.

Davis plans to open the first Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Healthy Eats franchises in both Charlotte and Raleigh by the end of 2006, with additional stores planned for Durham, Chapel Hill and other cities throughout the state.

Davis joins the Company after a successful career in television sales and management in New York, Virginia and Florida.

Robeks has more than 85 franchises throughout the country with the 100th store slated to open this summer.

Earlier this year, Robeks announced the receipt of new growth capital from Emigrant Capital Corporation, a private equity investment firm and a division of Emigrant Bank. In addition, Tony Gioia, an Emigrant Capital Executive Partner and a veteran of the retail, food and beverage industries, joined the Company in the positions of President, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board.
