$10,000 For Your Thoughts; Qdoba Mexican Grill Awards First Two Prizes For Survey

(Monday, October 31, 2005) - Jennifer Dorhey from Franklin, Tenn. and Carolyn Vest from Denver, Colo. were the first to cash in on their thoughts as Qdoba Mexican Grill's "Voice of the Guest" sweepstakes winners. "Voice of the Guest" is Qdoba's new guest satisfaction program. The program invites customers to share their experiences with Qdoba for a chance to win $1,000 or $10,000 prizes. Invitations to participate are printed on receipts, and guests are able to provide their feedback by phone or by completing an online survey. Dorhey was the winner of the $10,000 prize for the sweepstakes that ran from June 13 to October 1, 2005. Vest won $1,000 from the sweepstakes that ran October 1 to October 31, 2005.

The goal of the "Voice of the Guest" sweepstakes is to use direct customer feedback in order to enhance their overall experience at Qdoba. The data received through the customer surveys is sorted and used by Qdoba management to evaluate various topical areas that are critical for customer satisfaction. The next opportunity to win with Qdoba's "Voice of the Guest" is now through May 31, 2006 for a chance to win $10,000. However, the winning doesn't stop there because Qdoba will continue to offer guest prizes for their opinions, as the "Voice of the Guest" sweepstakes will run every six months.
