Dairy Queen® Teams Up With Orange Julius® At The Whitney Field Mall

LEOMINSTER, MASS (Thursday, December 09, 2004) - Orange Julius of America and American Dairy Queen Corporation proudly announce the recent opening of a new Orange Julius/Dairy Queen store at the Whitney Field Mall, in Leominster, Mass.


The specialty store is located in the food court on the mall's main level. The store is owned by brothers Phil and Leo Gertsios. The on-site manager is Dan Bilz.

The new Orange Julius/Dairy Queen store serves an assortment of Orange Julius products, including Julius® Premium Fruit Smoothies, freshly-blended smoothies made with real fruit, fruit juice and frozen non-fat vanilla yogurt or sherbet. The current Julius® Premium Fruit Smoothie feature is Strawberry Sensation. Strawberry Sensation is a delicious blend of real strawberries, tropical fruit juice and non-fat frozen yogurt- and best of all its low in fat! Additional menu items include the famous and frothy Julius® Original blended fruit drinks. The store also serves a variety of Dairy Queen soft-serve items, including the famous Blizzard® Treats, MooLatté ™ frozen blended coffee drinks and other DQ soft-serve
ice cream treats.

The Whitney Field Mall location features a fresh, exciting design concept incorporating maple woodwork and colorful glass tiles.

The Gertsios brothers are extremely excited about the new store. Leo states, "We are looking forward to the new business and connecting with customers. We are pleased with the new look of the store and of the mall in general. The renovations went well. We've been in the business for over 10 years. We have a Dairy Queen already and are eager to include an Orange Julius."
