(Tuesday, November 01, 2005) - Noodles Development LP, the developer of the fast-casual restaurant concept "Nothing but Noodles," announced they have added franchise development expert Rick Howard to their management team. Rick will be responsible for branding franchise development, marketing support, overseeing new construction, operations and training support.

Rick brings to Noodles Development LP over 25 years of experience in the restaurant franchise business. Prior to joining Noodles, Rick was the Director of Franchise Development for the American Restaurant Development Corporation where he was responsible for creating operational and franchising systems for concepts such as Kokopelli and Sonoran Grill. Rick was also the Senior Director of Franchising for Peter Piper, Inc. for 16 years where he helped grow the company to 135 locations in six states and Mexico.
