How to keep potential plumbing problems from flushing extra money down the toilet

Before prospective home buyers sign on the dotted line, they need to take a closer look at the plumbing system, something many don't think about until it's too late. "While plumbing fixtures may not be an obvious concern when deciding on which house to buy, they should not be overlooked," said Keith Glass, director of technical services for Mr. Rooter®. "It's better to test everything before buying, because repairs can add up, making you pay more than you initially expected."
