A Temple native, Bruckbauer is responsible for recruiting quality new franchise owners for the Mr. Appliance brand. "Mark brings more than 20 years of sales experience to his new role at Mr. Appliance," said Doug Rogers, president of Mr. Appliance. "We think he is the ideal fit, and we believe he will help us grow the number of franchise units throughout the nation." Before joining Mr. Appliance, Bruckbauer was the president of The John Douglas Group, LLC, a consulting company he founded in Temple in 2003. He's also held positions of national sales manager, sales and marketing manager and vice president of sales and marketing at various companies since he began his career in 1985.
