Microtel Inns & Suites Ranked Number One In Customer Satisfaction By 'Market Metrix Hospitality Index'

For the second consecutive quarter, Microtel Inns & Suites has been ranked number one in its segment by the "Market Metrix Hospitality Index" with an 84.3 customer satisfaction score. In addition, 62% of respondents said they were "very likely to return" to a Microtel hotel, far surpassing the segment's average of a 42% intention to return.
The Market Metrix Hospitality Index is a quarterly report of customer satisfaction with hotel, airline and car rental companies based on 35,000 in-depth consumer interviews.
