"I Have A Dream"

(Thursday, May 01, 2003) - As I finish up writing this newsletter I am listening to a re-broadcast of the famous "I Have A Dream" speech by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Most would agree it is a very inspiring and moving speech and hence the reason why there are so many other speeches which copy "I Have A Dream." Even I was tempted to write my own knock-off. "I have a dream in which my body and the bodies of all children are slender, fit and healthy." But no, I didn't want to weaken or denigrate the original.

In my mind, the genius of Dr. King wasn't confined to his oratories which helped us visualize the dream, he also instructed us on how to fulfill that dream. For as wonderful as a dream or goal can be, we must also focus on how we achieve that goal. That is also the genius of Living Lite.

Living Lite gives you a variety of tools to implement in your life so that you can live your dream. It may take some planning and forethought, but with practice, your dream becomes your reality.
