Sir Speedy Appoints New President

(Sunday, May 07, 2006) - Sir Speedy, Inc. announces the appointment of Richard Lowe to president. Lowe was previously senior vice president of franchise operations. Lowe replaces Dan Beck, a ten-year veteran of the position who has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Imaging Solutions, Inc., a new start-up company owned by Franchise Services, Inc., the parent company of Sir Speedy.

Lowe's industry career began in 1986 as a copy products sales representative for Eastman Kodak. He joined Sir Speedy, Inc. in 1989 as director of the Copies Now brand. He was later appointed vice president of franchise services and also served as president of Digital Quickcolor, a research and development facility owned by FSI. In 2004, Lowe was promoted to senior vice president of FSI's print management group.
