Kolache Factory Launches New Web Site

HOUSTON, TX. (Wednesday, June 30, 2004) - Kolache Factory, a quick-service, bakery-café, has launched a new Web site. The Web site reflects the company's positioning in the market, and establishes Kolache Factory as a bakery-café that offers its customers the opportunity to "Eat Different."

Visitors to the site, www.kolachefactory.com, will find product photos, menus, location maps, answers to frequently asked questions, and information on catering and shipping services. Customers can place shipping orders online, as well as submit requests for catering services.

The new site also provides valuable information on Kolache Factory franchising opportunities. The franchise section covers important topics such as reasons to buy a Kolache Factory franchise, franchise royalty fees and initial investment requirements. Interested parties are invited to submit a franchise application online.

The company's Web site was designed by Point 3 Communications, Inc., a marketing communications company located in Houston, TX. Point 3 worked closely with Schipul, a Web marketing company, to develop the site's functionality and consumer interface.

Kolache Factory currently has 14 company-owned and five franchise stores in Houston, TX; two franchise stores in Indianapolis, IN; one in Louisville, KY; and one in St. Louis, MO. New Kolache Factory bakery-cafes will open in Denver, CO and McAllen, TX this summer, and additional bakery-cafes will soon be open in Tampa, FL; Cincinnati, OH; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Atlanta, GA; Washington, DC; and San Antonio, TX. Negotiations are underway for multiple locations in other U.S. cities, and company plans call for opening 200 franchise stores across the country by 2008.
