Humitech Announces New Board Of Directors And Ceo

DALLAS (Monday, October 31, 2005) - Humitech International Group Inc., (www.humitechgroup.com) announced today the Company has elected a new slate of Board Members and a new Chief Executive Officer.

The new members of the Board and there duties are:



Joseph E. Caudle, Chairman of the Board
Lawrence F. Riegner, Vice-Chairman of the Board
Roger W. Stepic, Secretary
D.J. Iatarola, Franchise Relations
Don B. Parks, Chief Executive Officer



The board appointed Don B. Parks as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Parks had been Vice-President of Sales for Humitech and was responsible for development of National Accounts and FoodSoFresh, the companies Retail division. Mr. Parks has been in sales and marketing management since the early 70s. Before joining Humitech, Mr. Parks was Director of Fundraising for Sport Supply Group Inc. and was responsible for building a sales division that became Hershey's #1 exclusive candy distributor in the country.

"This new board offers Humitech with a diverse group of individuals to lead the company. Our newly elected members have management skills in sales, marketing, accounting, legal, business development, franchise operations and will offer excellent leadership as we continue to grow our franchise network through out the world." said Don Parks, Humitech Chief Executive Officer.
