Saloon® founder and retired New York Jets kicker who came up with the "Tax Cuts" promotion
back when a like-named U.S. Senator was then Chairman of the Finance Committee. "There are
certain days on the calendar when we like to do something special for men, including Tax Day."
Hair Saloon® also offers free haircuts to veterans and military personnel every Veterans Day.
No coupons or appointments are necessary to take advantage of the Hair Saloon® "Tax
Cuts" promotion. Men who visit any of the 10 St. Louis-area locations on April 15th can take
advantage of this special "Tax Cuts" pricing ($10.40) to receive a men's haircut and shampoo, a
complimentary beverage, a complimentary shoeshine, and a refreshing hot-towel to complete the
Hair Saloon® service.
Regular store hours on Tax Day (Friday, April 15) are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hair Saloon® For
Men currently operates 10 area stores in Manchester, Kirkwood, Ellisville, South (St. Louis)
County, Creve Coeur (two locations at Bellerive and West Oak), Webster Groves, O'Fallon, and
