Endgame Training In Binghamton, Ny Area

BINGHAMTON, NY (Sunday, January 01, 2006) - Frozen Ropes instructors Dan Hummel and John Nathans conducted an Endgame throwing and hitting training session in Afton, NY for over 60 youth and high school players. Softball and baseball players participated in diamond strength exercises, a progressive throwing program and hitting stations designed to improve pitch recognition, tracking skills and hitting movements.

Coach Cindy Bostleman's Afton softball program is in search of a 7th New York State title.
