Development Agreement For The Country Of Mexico

CANCÚN (Friday, December 23, 2005) - Famous Famiglia announced today that it has inked a development agreement for the
country of Mexico with Cancún-based multi-unit franchise operator, M1 Franquicias SA de CV.
The deal calls for a minimum of twenty new Famous Famiglia restaurants to open over the next five years throughout Mexico. "We are proud to have the opportunity to expand our brand throughout Mexico with M1 Franquicias. Our respective companies, and families, share in a similar work culture and vision," shares Giorgio Kolaj, the company's Executive Vice President. "This opportunity expands our platform for global growth and provides our brand with continued international exposure."
