Join us in applauding Shannon Davies (Circle of Excellence), Lori Davis, Nancy Hyde, Dahl Luttrell, Mary Martin, Bliss Morris (Circle of Excellence), Valerie Naifeh, Kim Hefner Poe, Mimi Reber, Sarah Sears, Sue Vanderwater and Dolly Wilson.

Sponsored by the Journal Record, the award will be presented at a black-tie gala on September 25, 2003 at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.
