New Owners Accepted For Ewfi Membership

OKLAHOMA CITY (Saturday, May 01, 2004) - Three successful business owners have been accepted for membership in EWF International.

Cynthia Dutton is co-founder of Brainworks Advertising, though the title you'll find on her business card is Mover/ Shaker. Her partner and co-founder Melina Lott goes by Thinker/ Doer. Together they have created a company with well-rounded strengths in marketing, creative, media planning and public relations. They believe in an agency/client relationship based on trust, respect with a team approach to business. Cynthia is a Telly and Addy winner and holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.

Virginia Harbour found her calling when she began a second career in home health care. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Physical Therapy. After working in nursing homes, her concern for the patients' quality of life and their desire to be independent at home as long as possible inspired her to launch her firm, Harborcorp Therapy Services, LLC. Virginia provides home-contract services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social workers. Currently she has an office staff of 5 and approximately 30 therapists/clinicians.

Rebecca Johnson, DPh owns Allergy Laboratories, Inc. with her husband. The company has the distinction of being the oldest American owned allergenic extract manufacturer, making glycerinated allergenic extracts for the diagnosis and treatment of allergy. Rebecca worked for large, national companies as a chemist and a pharmacist, but her personal aspiration was to own her own business. While she thought that would be a pharmacy, life had other plans for her. They came across the opportunity to purchase Allergy Laboratories and felt it was a perfect match for their backgrounds and skills. Rebecca has a degree in chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma and a degree in pharmacology from the University of Oklahoma.
