Case Design And Remodeling Appoints Bill Millholland And Bruce Case

(Thursday, January 12, 2006) - Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. (www.casedesign.com), the nation's leading home improvement company and largest full-service remodeling organization announced today the appointment of Bill Millholland and Bruce Case as their new Senior Vice Presidents. Millholland will be responsible for leading overall strategic direction for Case's Design/Build and Kitchen and Bath divisions. Case will oversee seventy independently-owned franchise locations nationwide and will implement strategies for new franchise development as well as continue to lead the local Case Handyman division that serves the Washington D.C. region.

Case President Mark Richardson commented on each appointment. "Bill is an outstanding individual and well-respected expert in the remodeling industry. His keen insight and knowledge are a valuable addition to the competencies we are building, and will help shape our future direction and position as an industry leader. With more than fifteen years of experience, Millholland has served Case in a number of capacities since 1990. Prior to the appointment, he served as the Vice President of Case's Design Build and Kitchen and Bath Divisions, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Millholland was instrumental in leading the award-winning division's growth each year and developing industry leading processes for design. Millholland holds a bachelor of science in architecture from the University of Maryland.

During his ten year tenure, Case has been instrumental in leading organizational growth. In 2005, he became the director of the national franchising arm of Case. Today, Case Handyman and Remodeling is the nation's leader in home improvement franchise services, with over 120 territories across the country. In 2002, he took over the leadership role for the Handyman Division and expanded the division by more than 150%. In 1997, he launched the company's Bath Division, which accounts for a fourth of the company's revenue stream. Prior to Case Design and Remodeling, he served as Vice President of Willis Corroon, plc – a world leader in risk management services. Case holds bachelor degrees in economics and psychology from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from George Mason University.
