Cardsmart® Enters Sba's New Franchise Registry

(Sunday, September 15, 2002) - In an important development for Cardsmart, the national greeting card and gift store company was accepted into The Franchise Registry, which makes all Cardsmart franchisees and applicants for Cardsmart franchises, eligible for a streamlined loan application process of the Small Business Administration.
