Exclusive: Mp Prays For Bingo Full House

GLASGOW, UK (Sunday, April 02, 2006) - JIM DEVINE will this week become the first MP to hold his constituency surgery in a bingo hall.

Devine will meet constituents at the Calton club in Livingston on Tuesday night.

The Labour MP, who already holds a surgery on local radio station River FM, says he wants to reach more voters.

He said: "It is important politicians find new ways of meeting people.

"I went to the bingo during the election campaign and the management, staff and players were very good.

"I promised if I got elected I would go back.
