Using High Nutrient Supplements During Weight Loss Increases Success Rate

Meal and health supplements can help you loose weight and reduce risk factors. A recent study on mtabolic effects of long-term dietary intervention concluded significant benefits were achieved when a calorie-controlled diet also included meal supplements. Group 1, who used the supplements, lost significantly more weight than Group 2, without supplements.
And two years later, a follow- up study showed that Group 1 maintainted their weight loss better than Group 2 by continuing to use meal supplement products as part of their daily routine. Additionally Group 1 also had significantly more improvement in blood lipid values, thereby decreasing their risk of heart disease.
