Baker Bros Opens 10th Location

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (Saturday, February 25, 2006) - Baker Bros American Deli, a fast-casual concept headquartered in Dallas, opened their tenth location, and first in Ft. Worth today. The newest Baker Bros restaurant is the first of two Forth Worth locations to open this year.

The restaurant is located at 6333 Camp Bowie Blvd, Ft. Worth, TX 76116. The store will be open seven days per week from 11am to 9pm. Call-in and catering orders can be placed by calling 817-989-1400.

"We are very excited to break into the Ft. Worth market," said Tom Dahl, President of Baker Bros American Deli. "We have been very successful in Dallas, and we have had our eye on Fort Worth for quite some time. It's a great location and we look forward to many great years," he added.

Not to be confused with typical sandwich chains, Baker Bros American Deli (www.bakerbrosdeli.com) is an upscale, fast-casual deli featuring Specialty Sandwiches, Specialty Salads, Gourmet Pizzas and more. All entrees are prepared fresh to order using the freshest available breads, ingredients and produce.

Founded in 1999 by Ken Reimer and Tom Dahl, two well-respected industry veterans, Baker Bros currently operates seven company and joint venture stores and one franchised store in Dallas, Texas with 11 more franchised stores open or in development in Las Vegas, Houston and East Texas. Baker Bros began pursuing franchise agreements in July 2004 and is expecting to ink several more agreements later this year.
