Baja Fresh Launches Exciting New Salads And Upgrades Kids' Menu

Available in all Baja Fresh restaurants since Nov. 9, the innovative entrees , which include the Chipotle Glazed Charbroiled Chicken Salad® and the Chile Lime Chicken Salad®, maintain Baja Fresh's traditional freshness, flavor, and satisfying portions.


Warm chicken tenders top the sweet and tangy Chipotle Glazed Charbroiled Chicken Salad® complimented with Chipotle glaze, roasted corn, poblano and red peppers, grilled sweet pineapple, cotija cheese and fresh cilantro. The salad is served with a Chipotle-pineapple vinaigrette with a savory cheese-filled flauta on the side.

The Chile Lime Chicken Salad® combines the flavors of Baja Fresh's signature char-grilled chicken tenders, cotija cheese, black beans, roasted corn, poblano and red peppers, grilled Roma tomatoes and sweet tomato chutney. This tasty dish comes with seasoned flour tortillas and chile lime dressing.


The Kid's Menu has been greatly expanded to appeal to a wider variety of tastes. Kid-sized entrees like Chicken Taquitos, Mini Bean & Cheese Burrito, Mini Cheese Quesadilla and Mini Cheese Nachos have been turned into complete meals that include rice, applesauce and a choice of juice, soda or milk.
