Baja Fresh® Wraps Up A Classic, Soup's Up Menu

New Menu Items Debut Jan. 11, 2005

(Tuesday, January 18, 2005) - Building on the menu innovations introduced last fall, Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill introduces two more new items in the first part of the new year: the Fajita Burrito and original Tortilla Soup.

The Fajita Burrito takes a classic Mexican dish and turns it into an easy-to-eat entrée for lunch or dinner. Like the rest of the items on its unique menu, Baja Fresh® uses only high-quality ingredients to create this new burrito: garden-fresh grilled, mixed vegetables, Mexican rice, slices of avocado, spicy Salsa Crema and melted jack and cheddar cheeses.
