Contours Express Recruits Initial Franchisees In Uk

(Monday, July 25, 2005) - With over 400 franchisees worldwide, Contours Express has added to its portfolio of studios with two planned locations: Aldridge and High Wycombe. Aldridge is expected to be open by the end of this summer and High Wycombe by the end of the year providing ladies in the respective communities with a fast, fun and non-intimidating fitness programme that only takes half an hour.

The Aldridge location will be owned and operated by Sue Arrowsmith who brings with her a vast amount of experience in all aspects of business given her role as a project manager of a large national utilities provider. Sue decided that she needed a career change that would be both financially and self-rewarding. Since she already belonged to an express ladies fitness studio in Litchfield she was impressed with the programme, business concept and success of this studio even though it was poorly managed. Sue thought she could do this better and was impressed with Contours Express' equipment and franchise programme thus signing up with it. "I knew that the demand for this kind of fitness studio was out there but I wanted something better than the gym I was attending. I started my search and came across Contours Express who I found were very successful in creating the atmosphere I was looking for. The equipment is fantastic and the programme is fast and fun - I just know the ladies are going to love it!", says Sue.

Saheeda Talib of High Wycombe saw the need for ladies fitness in her home town and quickly commenced her research into the industry by conducting her own market survey. Saheeda is from a Muslim background and saw a significant gap in her own ethnic market where free mixing between males and females is prohibited. Although Saheeda will be marketing to all cultures in High Wycombe, Asians represent over 10% of the population that will be naturally attracted to Contours Express by now having an acceptable option to get fit and lose weight.

"I had been looking for somewhere to work-out where there is a female only zone and discovered to my astonishment that there was no such facility in High Wycombe, and thus began my research and came across Contours Express.
