Two Men And A Truck® Canada To Open Three Locations Near Toronto

TORONTO (Monday, December 12, 2005) - The Canadian branch of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® will open three new locations by February.

These signings brings the total number of locations in Canada to four.

Currently, there is one location serving Hamilton, Ontario outside of Toronto. A new location – expected to be open just after the new year – will be located in London, Ontario. The other two new offices will serve Mississauga, Ontario and the greater Toronto area.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was founded locally in Okemos, Mich. In less than 20 years, the franchised company, has expanded to include 159 locations in the United States, more than 1,100 trucks on the road and now these locations in Canada. The company is also looking to expand in Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America.

The Canadian branch of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® hopes to open 10 franchises throughout Ontario by June 2006.

The Canadian master franchise rights to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® were awarded to Heron Capital Corporation (HCC) in January 2005 by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. HCC is the corporate franchise division of The Heron Group of Companies, an umbrella organization that also encompasses property management and real estate businesses.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services include moving, packing and unpacking for homes and businesses. Locations also sell boxes and packing supplies.
