Sandler Sales Partners With Dalhousie University

(Thursday, March 02, 2006) - Dalhousie University's Norman Newman Centre for Entrepreneurship has established an internship program with Sales Careers Canada Inc., the only Sandler Sales Institute franchise in the Maritimes.

The program in sales and sales management will allow Dalhousie students to experience Sandler Sales training to further enhance their business acumen.

" By providing this sales and sales management training to our students, they will not only be learning new skills, but also building new life skills," says David Roach, the centre's director.

The Sandler Sales program will include two-hour interactive sessions and provide students with individual coaching. Its systematic selling process goes well beyond traditional sales techniques and develops winning attitudes and productive behaviour. The curriculum will be continually upgraded to meet today's market standards. Sandler Sales has more than 170 locations across North America, which gives the company the ability to standardize client training in all locations
