Kidzart Gets High Marks And Stamp Of Approval

FranSurvey scores the art education franchise 98 percent in overall quality

NEW BRAUNFELS, TX (Wednesday, July 06, 2005) - KidzArt's report card looks good - very good, according to FranSurvey, an independent auditor of franchise opportunities and certified by the Franchise Research Institute.

With an overall quality score of 98 percent, respondents rated the innovative fine arts' education franchise as "excellent."

"We are thrilled that our survey results prove what we've been hearing from so many of our franchisees. Although we've received high scores on so many aspects of this survey -- including quality, training and franchisor relations - we will continue to strive towards perfection in the eyes of our franchisees and our clients," said Shell Herman, co-founder and CEO of KidzArt.

The company received high marks in the quality of initial training, the high quality support materials and accessibility of the corporate management.

One of the most important messages, Herman said, was the response: "My Franchisor understands that if I am successful, they will be successful."

"This survey is just one tool that we will use to improve our program. We've received clear feedback that will help steer us in the right direction to receive A+ across the board," Herman added.

The survey was issued to all of the franchise owners and received over a 75 percent response rate. According to FranSurvey, KidzArt has been rated a top tier franchise for 2005.

The survey consisted of 20 "critical questions" that are pertinent to investors including questions about training, quality of the product and service and quality of the organization.
