Cm It Solutions Announces Three New Members To The Board Of Directors

AUSTIN, TEXAS (Tuesday, February 14, 2006) - CM IT Solutions (CMIT), a leader in providing IT professional services to small and mid-sized businesses, announced the addition of three new members to the Board of Directors - Dick Benkendorf, Jeff Connally and David Moore - resulting in eight members currently serving on the CMIT Board.

The newly appointed board members will help guide CMIT's expansion plans. The prior experiences of these three new directors, combined with the five existing directors, offers a unique and comprehensive set of skills for a company the size of CM IT Solutions.

Dick Benkendorf, a former venture capitalist, helped to establish Technology Impact Partners, a venture fund as well as ISSS Ventures, a private equity fund. Benkendorf also spent 16 years at IBM and was senior vice president of Ameritech responsible for merger, acquisitions and strategy. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of several early stage technology companies.

Jeff Connally, founder of Gener8Biz, Inc, a sales and marketing consultancy, has held a number of management positions throughout IBM as well as founded several startup technology companies. His business experiences include high technology software and hardware, financial services and professional services/consulting. He also teaches in the top-tanked Acton MBA Entrepreneurship Program.

David Moore, a graduate of Park University, spent four years in the U.S. Air Force, later to join the Unisys Corporation, where he spent 21 years in various customer service and sales executive positions, in the U.S., UK and Australia. Moore was also recruited for a two year assignment by Vodafone's Australian Corporation as an executive board director, where he managed all call center activity throughout Australia. Upon his return to the United States in 2002, Moore was named Chairman and CEO of SMARTECH and Associates LP.
