(Nasdaq/NMS: "RMCF"), an international franchiser of gourmet chocolate and confection stores and a manufacturer of an extensive line of premium chocolates and other confectionary products, today announced that it is included in a list of "America's 100 Fastest-Growing Small Public Companies" that appears in the July/August 2005 edition of Fortune magazine (Fortune Small Business edition).

The list was compiled from publicly traded companies with a stock price greater than $1.00 and annual revenues of less than $200 million. Companies were ranked based on earnings growth, revenue growth and stock performance during the last three years.
