Friendly's Celebrates The Grand Re-opening Of Northfield, New Jersey Restaurant

Restaurant Re-opens After Remodeling

WILBRAHAM, MASS (Wednesday, February 01, 2006) - Friendly's Restaurants celebrates the grand re-opening of the Northfield, New Jersey restaurant located at 1003 Tilton Road. The restaurant is owned and operated by Hospitality Restaurants, Inc. of Vineland, New Jersey.

The restaurant, which closed on December 1, 2005 for remodeling, re-opened on January 9, 2006. Guests who visit the restaurant will notice some changes – the dining room has been enlarged by 28 seats, the restrooms have been renovated, a five-seat fountain area has been added and the exterior of the building is now brick. The restaurant, which employed 58 before the remodel, has hired an additional 20 employees.

"The people of Northfield and surrounding communities have really supported this restaurant. By enlarging the dining area, large parties who come in after the "big game" or to celebrate a special occasion can sit together and enjoy a meal or some delicious ice cream creations. Also, the fountain area gives the restaurant that "ice cream parlor" look and feel which evokes a sense of nostalgia," said Bob Rone, Owner of Hospitality Restaurants, Inc.
