Hilton Hotels Corporation Designates Priceline As Accredited Online Distributor

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIF (Wednesday, December 21, 2005) - Hilton Hotels Corporation (HHC) announced today that it has accredited priceline.com Incorporated (NASDAQ: PCLN) as an online opaque distributor of participating Hilton Family of Hotels room inventory.

Priceline is now part of a growing roster of online third-party booking channels approved under the HHC Accreditation Process that was implemented in June 2005, which requires participating Hilton Family hotels to work solely with HHC-accredited distributors when choosing to offer online merchant model and/or opaque inventory. In addition to Priceline, the following online distributors have been fully accredited by HHC: Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Lodging.com and Cheaptickets.com.
