Art program founder attests to importance of arts in school curriculum

NEW BRAUNFELS, TX (Wednesday, January 25, 2006) - The U.S. Department of Education continues to emphasize the arts as part of a comprehensive education in order to meet the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act.
