Quiznos Toasts Its 25th Anniversary …twelve Lucky People To Win Their Own Quiznos Restaurant

DENVER, CO (Tuesday, January 17, 2006) - Starting as a single restaurant in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood in 1981, Quiznos has expanded to more than 4,400 locations worldwide, making it one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains. To celebrate its 25th Anniversary, Quiznos is giving away twelve restaurants throughout 2006, providing twelve lucky people the chance to achieve their own American Dream.


“When I first ate a Quiznos Sub, it was the best sandwich I had ever tasted. To this day, our chef inspired recipes are a cut above our competition,” said CEO Rick Schaden.

About Quiznos

CEO Rick Schaden was first introduced to Quiznos as a customer in 1986. Attending the University of Colorado’s business school, he wrote a senior project on Quiznos, and ended up opening his first Quiznos in Boulder, Colorado, as a franchisee.
