Real People Rate Subway® Chain #1 In Customer Service

MILFORT, CT (Tuesday, January 10, 2006) - The SUBWAY® chain received the #1 ranking for customer service among US fast food restaurants in Corporate Research International’s inaugural report, Real People Ratings “Best of 2005.”

Corporate Research International, a market research firm specializing in mystery shopping and customer satisfaction surveys, sends out quarterly online opinion polls to its pool of mystery shoppers and auditors. Respondents rate their perception of each business’s customer service on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest ranking. This year’s surveys were sent out in May, August and December, generating more than 8,000 responses each time, from people of all ages, incomes, education levels and races, in all regions of the US. The survey results showed that SUBWAY® restaurants earned the top marks for customer service in the fast food restaurant category.
