Century 21 People’s Choice Realty Inc Celebrates Grand Opening Of Branch Office In Brampton, Ontario

BRAMPTON, ON (Friday, November 04, 2005) - CENTURY 21® Canada is pleased to announce the opening of a CENTURY 21 People’s Choice Realty Inc. branch office in Brampton, Ontario. Owned by Virendra Srivastava, the new CENTURY 21 People’s Choice Realty Inc. office will be the first addition to the CENTURY 21 People’s Choice Realty Inc. firm which opened in 2004 in Toronto.
“The office is located in a brand new residential community. There is no other real estate presence in the area and so far the response has been very positive,” says Srivastava, who has been in the real estate industry since 1999.

“We are opening with six or seven agents and we are hoping to see the same success we’ve seen in the past year and a half with our first office, where we now have over 100 agents! We could have 50 or 100 agents by next year. We are growing everyday!” continues Srivastava with good-humour.

“When agents come to us, they usually come in packs. A good portion of our staff are new agents and they are already receiving CENTURION® status. We have the benefit of working as a team, not to mention that my father is at the office around the clock. He will help someone at 11 pm if they call,” says Virendra’s son, Monu Srivastava. “We have an extremely efficient support staff in addition to a state of the art facility.”

On October 15, 2005, 200-300 invitees attended the grand opening for the new CENTURY 21 People’s Choice Realty Inc office, located at 4515 Ebenezer Road, #201. A local MP participated in the event, gave a welcoming speech and assisted with the official ribbon cutting ceremonies.

Also in attendance was Brian Rushton, Senior Vice-President, Franchise Sales & Development for CENTURY 21 Canada. “We are delighted that CENTURY 21 People’s Choice Realty Inc. has experienced the growth and success that has led them to this expansion. Virendra and his staff are a pleasure to work with and the new branch office brings with it so much promising potential. We look forward to watching their progress in the coming years.”
