Wally Amos To Be Keynote Speaker At Kinderdance Annual Conference
MELBOURNE BEACH, FLORIDA (Monday, June 27, 2005) -
Wally Amos, the inventor of "Famous Amos" cookies and now Chip & Cookie, will be the keynote speaker at the Kinderdance® franchisee annual continuing education conference being held in Melbourne Beach, Florida this November. Wally has appeared on hundreds of television and radio shows and has authored five books. He devotes a great deal of time and passion for literary causes and is a supporter of children's enrichment programs. He is also an accomplished public speaker, recently speaking at the IFA (International Franchise Association) annual conference. In fact, it was a speech that he gave at the IFA Conference where he used books and stories about young children to teach lessons about life that prompted Carol Kay Harsell to ask him to speak to the Kinderdance franchisees. "His infectious enthusiasm and passion for improving the lives of children fit in so well with our corporate philosophy", states Ms. Harsell, "I just had to convince Wally to speak to our franchisees. We are very fortunate that he could fit us into his schedule." Kinderdance® International, Inc. has more than 100 franchisees teaching their developmental dance and gymnastics programs to preschool children in various locations such as child care centers throughout the U.S. and the world.
