Ken Hilty Assumes Key Leadership Role as General Manager

FINDLAY, OHIO (Tuesday, January 17, 2006) - Six Disciplines Corporation today announced that it has named Ken Hilty to take the leadership role of General Manager with the newly added franchise of Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northeast Ohio, to be located in Cleveland. The Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northeast Ohio will service clients in the greater Cleveland area, extending to the Pennsylvania state line to the East and west to Norwalk, Ohio.

Ken and his team will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of Six Disciplines clients in Northeast Ohio . Ken’s team will coach and offer strategic advisory services to top-performing organizations that adopt the Six Disciplines™ Methodology, in pursuit of continual business process improvement.

For the past 21 years, Ken has exclusively serviced small-and mid-sized businesses in Northeast Ohio. In 1984, Hilty founded Horizon Micro Systems, a mid-market ERP consulting firm that grew to over 20 employees prior to being sold in 1999 to ePartners, Inc., a leading national firm providing Microsoft-based ERP solutions. In addition to building a successful business, Ken was a recognized industry expert serving on many product advisory committees and councils, and was a contributing editor for a leading national software selection publication for more than 10 years. Prior to Horizon Micro Systems, Ken acquired 15 years of public accounting, strategic planning, financial management, auditing, consulting and data processing experience with Big 8 and Fortune 500 firms. Hilty holds a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University, an MBA from Cleveland State University, and a CPA certificate in Ohio.

The Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northeast Ohio will be operational in February 2006.
