Zpizza Proves To Be The Opposite Of Career Burn Out For Most Recent Franchisee

NEWPORT BEACH, CA (Wednesday, May 05, 2004) - Z Pizza, the Southern California based gourmet pizza restaurant chain will bring five restaurants to San Diego County through a development agreement with entrepreneur, Bryant Waters. Waters is currently looking for sites and is scheduled to open the first location within a year.

Waters previously owned his own mortgage business in Columbia, MD for ten years. He headed to California to avoid the burn out of the industry and stumbled upon ZPizza.

ZPizza takes the unique approach to the crowded pizza segment by offering a large selection of quality and creative pizzas. “We have some of the highest sales volumes for restaurants our size and we make the best and most unique gourmet pizza anywhere,” said Chris Bright, CEO of ZPizza.

Z Pizza has been a local staple in the Laguna Beach and Newport Beach area since 1986. They offer unique, exciting and adventurous pizzas as well as pasta, sandwiches, salads and calzones. ZPizza offers customers 18 original brick oven pizzas as well as the opportunity to create your own pizza with a selection of crusts, sauces, cheeses and toppings. There are 20 ZPizza restaurants California and Nevada and over 60 in development in California, Arizona, Nevada, Virginia and Maryland.
