Villa Pizza Signs Ten Store Deal In Kuwait

First Villa Pizza to open in Spring 2004

MORRISTOWN, NJ (Thursday, December 18, 2003) - Villa Pizza, one of the nations fastest growing pizza concepts, has signed an agreement to develop ten stores in Kuwait. A local franchise partner has signed a Multi Unit Franchise with plans to open the first store in the spring of 2004.

Plans for the first Villa Pizza will be in the Ali Al-Mulla Complex located in Salmiya, Kuwait. "This is an ideal country to begin our Middle Eastern Development. Kuwait is well adapted to American brands, and the market is prime for a venture of this sort, " says Anthony Scotto, Executive Vice President of Villa Enterprises.

In the past five years, Villa Enterprises has more than doubled in size, Villa Enterprises now has a total of 300 stores in 38 states and 4 countries with about 50 percent being company owed. Villa PIzza has six locations in Italy, five in the United Kingdom, one in Peru, and one in the Netherlands Antilles. Future international development plans to be announced.

In addition to Villa and Cozzoli's Pizza, Villa Enterprises operates Casa Java and the Everything Yogurt Brands, which include Greenleaf's Grille, Treat Street, Everything Yogurt & Salad Cafe, and South Phily Steaks & Fries.
