Everything Yogurt Brands Acquisition

MORRISTOWN, NJ (Tuesday, August 19, 2003) - In keeping with our father's ambitious growth mentality, Villa is pleased and excited to announce the acquisition of Everything Yogurt Brands Inc. Everything Yogurt first opened in an 11-foot wide store in 1976 on Wall Street. It was the first, and remains the oldest, well-respected frozen yogurt chain in the world. Everything Yogurt, which encompasses about 80 mall-based food court units and non-traditional sites, includes six individual brands: Everything Yogurt & Salad Café, Greenleaf's Grille, Gretel's Pretzels, Bananas - The Ultimate Juice Bar, South Philly Steaks & Fries, and Treat Street.

With the addition of Everything Yogurt Brands, Villa Enterprises will have 300 stores in 38 states and in four countries. This acquisition is a promising avenue of growth for Villa in locations we are seeking across the country. We have plans to develop all brands, which means even more opportunities for our employees, franchisees, business associates, landlords and vendors in the coming years.
