Chocolate Museum – Open For Business

SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Sunday, August 10, 2003) - The South Bend Chocolate Company is excited to announce the grand opening of their Chocolate Museum. A special Grand Opening celebration was held Thursday, August 7, 2003.

The Chocolate Museum is part of the company’s 18,000 square feet expansion of its factory. The museum houses a collection that is among the worlds largest; specializing in North American chocolate companies. The collection includes rare boxes, tins, pots and containers of every size, shape and color. There are also posters, signs, books and other memorabilia. There’s something for everyone!

Visitors to the South Bend Chocolate Company can see the new museum as part of the Inside Scoop Tour. The tour also includes an animated film and an interactive area.
