Six Disciplines Leadership Center Of Northwest Ohio Names Director Of Consulting To Service Its Growing Client Base

Expert Consultant to Service Local Clients’ Adoption of Six Disciplines Business System

FINDLAY, OHIO (Tuesday, August 09, 2005) - Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northwest Ohio today announced that Dan Gonder is joining the Leadership Center’s management team as Director of Consulting. Dan and his team will be responsible for directing the application consulting and client support efforts for the Leadership Center of Northwest Ohio. Dan’s team will help passionate business leaders and their team members to adopt and integrate the Six Disciplines™ Methodology and supporting business systems in their pursuit of lasting business excellence.

“Dan’s experience has uniquely prepared him to be effective and innovative in directing the applications consulting and support activities for our growing number of Clients,” said John Crawford, General Manager of Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northwest Ohio. “Dan’s experience and passion uniquely positions him as a strong contributor to our diverse and growing organization, and will enable him to help build excellence in small businesses here in Northwest Ohio,” said Crawford.

Prior to joining the Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northwest Ohio, Dan acquired eight years of experience and was most recently the North American Training Manager for Microsoft Business Solutions. While with Microsoft, Dan was also the Programs Development Manager for Training, Education Resources Manager and Educational Resources Administrator. Prior to Microsoft, Dan held the positions of Special Projects Coordinator and Client Services Representative for Solomon Software.

Dan has a Bachelors degree from Ohio Northern University in Business, and is a Certified Lay Speaker for United Methodist Church, a member of the Findlay Kiwanis Club (Noon Chapter), and a lay leader for St. Paul’s Church in Findlay.
