Sir Speedy Partners With Mobile Telesys To Provide Digital Business Services

MISSION VIEJO, CALIFORNIA (Tuesday, December 19, 2000) - Sir Speedy, the world's largest franchisor of digital business communication services, announced that is has created a document management solution for Mobile Telesys, one of the largest retail cellular phone activators in the country.
Sir Speedy's innovative MyDocs document management system allows Mobile Telesys employees to have their documents printed at local Sir Speedy locations with just one click of the mouse.

"Mobile Telesys wanted a document management solution that has the capacity to grow with them as they acquire more markets," said Dan Beck, president of Sir Speedy. "We are able to fill that need by providing locally printed documents for Mobile Telesys representatives regardless of where they are servicing their customer's needs."

Under the terms of the agreement, Mobile Telesys has the convenience of reordering letterhead, envelopes, forms, business cards, applications, contracts and human resources documents using their customized Sir Speedy MyDocs online catalog.

Mobile Telesys employees log onto sirspeedy.com, click on Order Online to view only their documents. They select the desired documents, quantity and delivery location. Ordering on Sir Speedy MyDocs eliminates the time and costs associated with warehousing and shipping from a central location.

All online orders are automatically added to one, centralized bill that is sent directly to Mobile Telesys accounting.

"This new partnership with Sir Speedy has already proved to be of great value in the short test run we've done in our Southern California office," said Michael Atesalp, national operations manager for Mobile Telesys. "As a result of Sir Speedy MyDocs, we have been able to streamline our business operations by taking advantage of centralized billings and standardizing all of our documents."

Mobile Telesys has found that Sir Speedy MyDocs is used most by their operations departments, shipping and receiving, office supply clerks and human resources staff. The company plans to expand Sir Speedy services to other hub cities that serve retail outlets in their respective areas, including San Francisco, San Diego, Detroit and Akron, Ohio.
