Rainbow International Wins Multi Million Pound Contract From Capita Insurance Services
WACO, TEXAS (Tuesday, September 10, 2002) -
Capita Insurance Services has appointed Rainbow International as its preferred provider of disaster restoration services for domestic claims in the UK. The multi million pound contract covers fire, flood and accidental damage claims managed by Capita on behalf of the UKs leading insurance companies.
Capita Insurance Services manages 1.5m claims each year with a settlement value of £1.5bn and delivers services to 80 Lloyds syndicates and 70 insurers.
The decision to appoint Rainbow International came following a rigorous evaluation process. Now Rainbow Internationals network of 130 franchisees will handle all Capitas household claims in Britain and Northern Ireland.
